Job Description
Transformation, Implementation Experience in contact centers with at least 2 + years of experience Genesys cloud
General Skills - GCP level real life experience working with Genesys cloud, Architect flow, WFM, roles and access groups, messaging, reporting. SSO, SCIM and REST based backend integration via data actions.
Social - Hands on experience with social channel (Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp) design and integration with Genesys cloud, Architect flow development
Voice/Chat Bot - Hands on experience with social channel (Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp) design and integration with Genesys cloud, Architect flow development
Advanced IVR/Speech Recognition - Hands on experience developing advanced complex IVRs in Architect including TTS, ASR
Coding – platform API & SDK - Hands on experience developing applications using Genesys cloud APIs with SDK (Java, Javascript, .NET etc.)
Workforce Management - Hands on experience with Genesys WFM platform, design, implementation, configuration.
