This role is for someone who is good with people, follows up properly, and helps clients feel cared for — from enquiry to regular sessions. You will also be responsible for maintaining basic client records and supporting our team with simple marketing activities
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming enquiries via phone and WhatsApp
* Explain counselling process, services, and fee structure
* Fix appointments, follow up regularly
* Greet and guide clients during their visit
* Motivate clients to continue counselling (upselling)
* Update and maintain client follow-up records and attendance
* Assist with WhatsApp status, daily post sharing, and basic promotion (as guided)
* Report to the centre manager
Requirements:
* 0–3 years experience in clinic, school, telecalling, hospital, front desk, or similar
* Fluent in Tamil (English & Malayalam an advantage)
* Emotionally mature, responsible, and polite
* Able to maintain confidentiality and records accurately
* Comfortable using *mobile, WhatsApp, and basic Google Sheets or registers
* Willing to commit for the long term
