Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and personable Front Office Executive to manage client interactions and tele-calling duties at our architectural firm. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-friendly approach.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors at the front desk.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and tele-calling follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments and maintain daily calendars.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth front-office operations.
- Maintain records and assist with basic admin tasks.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and phone/email etiquette.
- Prior experience in architecture, design, or real estate sector preferred
