As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and energetic Front Office Executive to join our team immediately and help us deliver a great first impression to every visitor.
Job Summary:
We are hiring a well-spoken, enthusiastic, and professional Front Office Executive with a pleasing personality and strong communication skills. If you enjoy working with people and can manage multiple tasks with a smile, we’d love to meet you. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Coordinate with vendors and oversee housekeeping staff
- Maintain front desk operations and petty cash records
- Support billing and assist with wellness program activities
- Ensure a clean, organized, and patient-friendly front office
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to
time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Energetic personality with a polished and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Experience in a front desk or clinic setting is a plus
- Immediate availability or ability to join before Sept 1st, 2025

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
