- Greet visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing the visitor logbook.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier services, and official letters.
- Relay important messages accurately and promptly to the concerned departments or individuals.
- Manage visitor access and ensure all guests are directed to the appropriate department.
- Maintain and update records of office supplies, visitor entries, and daily activities.
- Ensure timely restocking of stationery and front desk materials.
- Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems.
- Use basic office software (MS Office, email clients, spreadsheets) efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
