Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Office Executive to manage guest relations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth front desk operation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality to provide a pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data entry in the hotel software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
- Handle billing, payments, and prepare invoices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
