Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner; direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; ensure proper distribution.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Communication: Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office); excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance; positive attitude; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
