We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive for our Experience Centre in Nettoor, Ernakulam
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and guests professionally and courteously.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take accurate messages.
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
- Prepare presentations and reports as required.
- Assist with sales inquiries by answering basic questions and directing customers to the appropriate sales representative.
- Process invoices and maintain basic accounts receivable records (preferred).
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Showroom Sales, preferably in building materials or products related to large-scale construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and courteous demeanour.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
Knowledge of Steel Structures such as PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and Space Frames would be an advantage.
Experience in handling basic accounting processes is Preferred.
We are also taking applications from Office Administrators, Admin Assistants, Accounts Assistants and Receptionists with Accounts background.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
