- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the front desk area in a tidy and presentable condition
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
- Coordinate with internal departments for office supplies, courier services, and maintenance
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Support HR/admin teams in organizing events or onboarding processes
