We are looking for a professional and service-oriented male Front Office Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and handle check-in/check-out procedures. Manage room bookings and reservations efficiently. Provide accurate information about the resort, facilities, and local attractions. Handle guest complaints and requests politely and effectively. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations. Maintain front desk records and reports. Requirements: Male candidate. Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree. Prior experience in front office/reception preferred. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus). Knowledge of hotel management software will be an advantage.
