Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our team. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest service.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and offers to guests.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.
- Prior experience in Front Office/Guest Relations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (knowledge of PMS preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
