Hiring: Reservation Assistant at Jindal Naturecure Institute, Bangalore (ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES)
Key Responsibilities:
- To handle incoming calls arriving for admission in the Hospital.
- Processes reservations by mail, telephone, or central reservation systems.
- Knows the type and category of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits.
- Communicates reservation information to the admission team as well as the other reservation staff.
- Understands the hospital rules and regulations.
- Follows up the assigned cases and processes advance deposits on reservations.
- Tracks future room availabilities on the basis of reservations.
- Prepares expected arrival list for the admission team.
- Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
- To be aware of all hospital procedures and assist other reservation team members when required.
Education / Desired Skillset:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office, email handling).
- Ability to handle telephone inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow hospital procedures.
