This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk/Admission Counselor. The responsibility will be handling interpersonal communication, customer service, sales, and educational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents and students
- Experience in sales, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge and understanding of the education system and admission processes
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities: -
- Handling admission enquiries
- Enrollment of new children
- Enquiry generation and collection of Data.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Guide parents through the admission process & address their queries.
- Maintain student records, track admissions, and withdrawals.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, visitor management & administrative tasks.
- Maintain feedback records and report areas for improvement.
