Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and presentable receptionist to manage the front desk at our Morbi office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper security protocols.
- Manage and organize office supplies, documents, and files.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative support.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle basic clerical duties, such as data entry and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0-5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in a corporate or manufacturing setup is an advantage.
