Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day reception activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters, etc.).
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in organizing office events/meetings.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and documentation.
- Assist HR/Administration team in office operations when required.
- Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees efficiently.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
