- Maintaining the office front desk and receiving calls on the front desk
- Database Management – Maintain all the leads in excel format
- Use scripts provided to inform the clients about product’s features and present their benefits.
- Calling leads generated from Events, Digital campaigns, Direct calls, showrooms etc.
- Segregating the leads
- Assigning the filtered leads to the sales team
- Follow up on the leads with the sales team
- Preparing a report on the salient leads and achievements
- Attending to customer grievances and passing it on to the technical team
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
- Maintaining the inventory of the marketing material
- Take up the role of a showroom consultant once the showroom is in place
