Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors/guests in a friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain visitor records and update databases.
- Provide information about services, facilities, and directions.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Graduate or diploma in any discipline (Hospitality preferred).
- Good communication skills (English & local language).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Pleasant personality and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
