Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications; direct them appropriately.
- Manage front office operations including reception, waiting areas, and meeting rooms.
Office Administration & Management
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Maintain office cleanliness, orderliness, and ensure necessary supplies are stocked.
- Ensure all office equipment (printers, phones, etc.) are functional and arrange servicing when required.
- Manage courier services and mail distribution.
- Assist in onboarding new employees (ID cards, desk setup, office orientation, etc.)
Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with vendors and service providers (e.g., housekeeping, catering, security, maintenance) for timely and quality services.
- Maintain updated records of contracts, invoices, and service level agreements.
- Evaluate vendor performance and handle escalations as needed.
- Source new vendors and obtain quotations as required for office purchases or services.
