- Provide first-line support to commercial customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Resolve service-related issues, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Offer product and service information, helping customers to understand the benefits, features, and offerings.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Process service requests, orders, and billing inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and other support teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and proactively suggest solutions to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the resolution of issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer feedback and work closely with the commercial team to improve overall service quality.
- Assist in preparing customer reports and insights related to service performance.
