KRA for Fresher Sales Representative
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and approach new potential clients through calls, visits, and online research.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Work towards achieving the monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Product Knowledge Development
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services and effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Follow-ups & Conversions
- Regularly follow up with potential customers to close sales and convert leads into clients.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Gather feedback and insights about competitors, market trends, and customer demands.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM or reporting system.
- Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with senior sales executives, marketing, and support teams for smooth sales operations.
- Customer Feedback Handling
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve products/services and customer satisfaction.
- Learning & Development
- Continuously improve sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge through training and mentorship.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
