Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify high-quality freelance candidates across multiple platforms
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Negotiate contracts and rates with selected freelancers
- Manage communication between freelancers and project managers
- Track recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
- Ensure timely hiring and onboarding for freelance positions
