Music Producer / Arranger / Recording Engineer (Project-Based | Pune Only)
Who We're Looking For:
We’re on the lookout for a Music Producer or Arranger (Interns/Freshers/Professionals welcome) for project-based work. Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, if you're passionate about music creation and eager to grow in the industry, this opportunity is for you.
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of music production and arrangement
- Familiarity with any DAW (Logic Pro X preferred)
- Understanding of keyboard playing and chords
- Strong interest in devotional music, BGMs, and jingle/song production
- Enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn
- Able to record and manage sessions in Logic Pro X or similar DAW
- Language proficiency: Hindi or Marathi
Projects You’ll Work On:
- Devotional tracks and mantras for a YouTube channel
- Background music (BGM) for videos and content
- Jingle & song production for brands and campaigns
- Handling studio recordings
Compensation:
- Payment is project-based, depending on your skills, experience, and contribution
- Possibility of full-time opportunity based on trial performance, vibe match, and work ethic
- 15-day trial period before official onboarding
