- Develop visually appealing creatives for social media, websites, ads, and offline marketing collaterals in line with the brand guidelines.
- Translate campaign concepts into engaging visuals that enhance storytelling and brand identity.
- Ensure consistency of fonts, colors, and design style across all platforms and client brands.
Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the strategy and content teams to create impactful campaign designs.
- Adapt and resize creatives for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Deliver designs on time to meet campaign launch schedules.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated on design trends, competitor styles, and creative innovations to keep output fresh.
- Suggest new visual approaches, templates, and layouts to improve engagement.
Efficiency & Quality
- Ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect designs optimized for both print and digital use.
- Manage multiple project requirements with timely delivery.
- Maintain an organized archive of design files for easy access and revisions.
Communication & Collaboration
- Coordinate with project managers, copywriters, and the social media team for creative alignment.
- Incorporate feedback swiftly and effectively while maintaining design integrity.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute design inputs for new campaigns.
