Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Intern to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client payments, support legal documentation, coordinate calls and meetings, and help with daily operational tasks. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with founders and gain exposure to diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excel Sheet Management:
- Create and maintain Excel sheets to track monthly payments from clients.
- Regularly update payment status and follow up on pending payments.
- Legal Support:
- Assist lawyers with basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Help in organizing legal documents and maintaining confidentiality.
- Founder Assistance:
- Manage founders’ calendars, schedule calls, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as required.
- Assist in day-to-day activities and errands.
- Client Coordination:
- Communicate with clients regarding payment reminders and basic queries.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for new clients.
- Office Administration:
- Support general administrative tasks such as travel bookings, expense tracking, and procurement.
- Maintain digital and physical records systematically.
- Research & Reporting:
- Conduct basic internet research and prepare summaries.
- Compile weekly/monthly reports for review.
Requirements:
- Based in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana.
- Proficiency in Telugu and English (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or experience in administration/legal support is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
