Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide nutritional information for food production and help to secure approval for health claims on packaging.
- Conduct food safety audit of Food Business Operator as per FSSAI requirement.
- Verify the compliance by the Food Business Operator of the provisions of the Act and the rules and regulations by FSSAI.
- Maintain confidentiality of food safety audit.
- Conduct customized audit across Catering/Base Kitchen Audits/ Live kitchen Audits.
- Follow up of NC closure for both external and internal audits.
- Ensure developed corrective action on nonconformities are implemented effectively.
- Analysis for the identified non-conformities or complaints.
- Verify the corrective action implementation effectiveness.
- Conduct training on food safety and hygiene practices.
Role and Responsibilities:

- Forward the audit report to the Food Authority within 2 to 5 days of the conduct of food safety audit.

- Ensure developed corrective action on nonconformities are implemented effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
