Food and Beverage (F&B) Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage service. This includes managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, maintaining hygiene standards, and managing budgets and inventory. He plays a key role in menu planning, marketing, and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Ensuring smooth daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintenance of facilities.
Staff Management:
Overseeing wait staff, bartenders, and kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Quality Control:
Maintaining high food quality standards, ensuring consistency across dishes, and handling customer feedback.
Customer Satisfaction:
Responding to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
Menu Planning & Development:
Collaborating with the kitchen team on menu design and ensuring efficient service.
Budget & Inventory Management:
Managing budgets, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to meet demand.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensuring the establishment meets all health and safety regulations.
Marketing & Promotions:
Participating in and maintaining food and beverage marketing programs and promotions.
Skills Required:
Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and other departments.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in orders, cleanliness, food presentation, and following safety and hygiene standards.
Knowledge of F&B Operations: Understanding of food preparation, service standards, and relevant regulations.
Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Customer Service: Providing excellent service to guests and handling complaints effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
