Your Role
We're looking for a curious and tech-savvy problem solver to support our engineering team. As a Focus Operation Specialist, you’ll be the first line of defense, investigating issues, finding root causes, and keeping things running smoothly.
You should be comfortable working with devices, reading logs, and running scripts. This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, independent, and eager to make a real impact
We are looking fo someone who is:
- Curious. You’ll approach problems with an inquisitive mind, identifying issues, and always try to find the root cause.
- Problem solver. You’re the first line of defence for our engineering team, ensuring they’re able to remain focussed on high priority tasks. You get to the root cause through intuitive research and recognizing patterns.
- Independent. We need people who are determined to identify the root cause. Proactively taking on tasks and being a partner in the success of the customer.
- Technically Proficient. You should be comfortable with working on a computer, connecting to camera devices, reading logs and running scripts.

- Flexible. You’re able to cross-collaborate across a variety of departments and time zones.
- Driven. Your to-do list is no match for your tireless work ethic.
- Technical Proficiency. You’re comfortable working with Linux and utilizing the CLI, Sumo Logic and reading through logs.

- Global mindset. You’re passionate about embracing cultural differences. Communication. Strong proficiency with the English language, both written and verbally.
Nice-to-Haves
- Computer Science/Engineering: A graduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or experiencing working with Linux, Python or other programming languages is highly desirable
