Their duties include supervising staff, maintaining a safe and organized environment, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They play a crucial role in team collaboration, promoting efficiency, and achieving operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and managing staff:This includes delegating tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and ensuring staff are properly trained and motivated to meet performance targets.
- Maintaining a safe and organized environment:Ensuring the floor is clean, safe, and well-organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Managing inventory and stock levels:Monitoring stock availability, ensuring proper display, and coordinating with other departments for reordering.
- Handling customer queries and complaints:Addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Coordinating with other departments:Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.
- Implementing company policies and procedures:Ensuring all staff adhere to company guidelines and regulations.
- Training and development:Onboarding new team members and providing ongoing training and coaching to improve staff performance.
