We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our business on Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Central and a deep understanding of how to optimize product listings, handle operations, and drive sales on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on Flipkart Seller Central
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-rich content, pricing, and images
- Monitor inventory, order flow, returns, and cancellations
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for timely order fulfillment
- Handle promotions, deals, and ad campaigns within the Flipkart portal
- Monitor performance metrics such as buy box, ratings, reviews, and returns
- Resolve issues related to listings, penalties, and customer complaints via Flipkart support
- Analyze sales data and create weekly/monthly performance reports
✅ Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven experience managing Flipkart Seller Central
- Strong understanding of Flipkart’s policies, ad panel, campaigns, and operational dashboard
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with other e-commerce platforms (Amazon.) is a plus
