Hiring: Finishing In-Charge – Garment Export Unit (Jaipur)
Key Requirements (include but not limited to):
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the garment export industry
- Expertise in finishing for high-quality woven garments
- Familiarity with standards for Japan and other premium export markets
- Strong understanding of garment lifecycle: stitching, cutting, pattern, final QC
- Ability to identify and resolve defects proactively
- Skilled in preparing structured reports (daily, lot-wise, rework, readiness)
- Experience in final presentation: packing, folding, tagging as per buyer norms
- Capable of managing floor teams, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring discipline
- Must be punctual, loyal, proactive, and take full charge of the finishing process
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all finishing operations from stitching handover to dispatch stage
- Ensure buyer-specific presentation and packaging requirements are met
- Maintain accurate, timely finishing and quality records
- Coordinate closely with QC, production, and dispatch teams to ensure flow
- Train finishing staff to improve efficiency and maintain export-grade standards
- Conduct final garment reviews to ensure defect-free deliveries
