Job Description
Central Web Core is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, presenting our products and services, and closing sales deals in the field.
This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, target-oriented, and enjoy working independently with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Develop strong customer relationships and maintain client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and outcomes
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably field sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to travel locally as part of the job
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication
