Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Executive to work on our school campus. The role involves interacting with students, parents, and visitors, promoting school-related services/products (such as admissions, events, educational programs, merchandise, etc.), and ensuring smooth execution of sales and customer engagement activities within the school premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with parents, students, and visitors on campus to explain and promote school services/products.
- Support the admissions/enrollment team by handling inquiries and providing detailed information.
- Assist in organizing and promoting school events, fairs, and exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.
- Provide after-sales support and address parent/student concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the school administration and marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, inquiries, and achievements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of sales or customer service experience (freshers may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed, and approachable personality.
