Job Responsibilities:
- Visit clients/customers as per assigned routes or leads.
- Ensure timely collection/delivery of documents, payments, or materials.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/supervisor accordingly.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the backend/support team to resolve field issues.
- Ensure targets and tasks are completed within the given time frame.
- Handle minor service requests or feedback during field visits.
- Follow company protocols, dress code, and conduct standards during visits.
- Maintain proper records of receipts, collections, and customer interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any diploma.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
- Good communication skills in local language and basic English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps (for reporting, GPS, etc.).
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
