Key Responsibilities:
1) Daily Franchisee Outlet Visits:
- Conduct regular visits to assigned franchisee outlets to monitor day-to-day operations.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and operational procedures at each outlet.
2) Implementation of New SOPs & Processes:
- Support and oversee the implementation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational processes at franchisee locations.
- Provide guidance and training to franchisees to ensure smooth implementation and compliance.
3) Field Audits:
- Perform detailed audits at franchisee outlets to assess compliance with operational guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and work closely with franchisees to resolve discrepancies.
4) Franchisee Complaint Handling:
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchisee complaints and concerns.
- Investigate complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
5) Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all visits, audits, and franchisee interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any Graduate can apply
- Min. 1 year of experience in Field Work/ Field Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
