Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the local market.
- Promote and explain chit fund schemes to individuals, families, and businesses.
- Identify new customer segments through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve monthly sales & collection targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Represent VVRS Chit Fund with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Who Can Apply:
- Any Degree / +2 Pass with field experience (Freshers also welcome if passionate about sales & marketing).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Tamil speaking a must).
- Interest in financial services, chit funds, and customer relations.
- Willing to work on-the-field and build local connections.
