We are looking for an energetic and socially driven Mobilizer to support outreach and enrollment efforts under a government-supported initiative. The Mobilizer will play a key role in engaging communities, raising awareness, and driving participation in the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to identify and engage target beneficiaries
- Raise awareness about the project and its benefits within communities
- Facilitate registration and participation of eligible individuals
- Build trust and maintain relationships with local stakeholders
- Collect feedback and report field insights to the project team
- Support center operations and assist in organizing local events
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for community service and social impact
- Ability to travel locally and work on-ground
- Familiarity with local language, culture, and geography
- Prior experience in outreach or mobilization preferred
