Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service & Sales
- Greet and engage customers in a warm, professional manner, reflecting the brand’s luxury image.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including VIP clientele, through follow-ups and clienteling techniques.
2. Product Knowledge & Brand Representation
- Maintain deep knowledge of the brand’s history, craftsmanship, and product features.
- Stay updated on latest collections, seasonal trends, and upcoming launches.
- Educate customers on product care, warranty, and after-sales services.
- Uphold grooming standards and conduct that aligns with the brand image.
3. Store Operations
- Assist in receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management on low stock or fast-moving items.
