We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Female Office Administrator to join our construction company. The ideal candidate should have good learning skill. She will be the first point of contact for all visitors and customers to the company, both in person and over the phone.
* Key Requirements:
Proven experience working in an administrative role within a construction company
Hands-on experience with government e-tender filing and documentation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable handling office coordination and vendor/client communication
Able to manage online documentation and portals for tenders
* Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day office operations
Preparing and submitting government tenders online (GeM, e-Procurement portals, etc.)
Coordinating with clients and internal teams
Maintaining records, filing documents, and updating logs
Supporting project teams with documentation and compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
