Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees
- Conduct regular health check-ups and monitor workplace hygiene
- Maintain medical records and health statistics
- Support health awareness and wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution
- Registration with the Medical Council
- Experience in industrial or occupational health preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
