We are looking for a dedicated and smart female executive to join our team at Prakrithi by Ramya, a premium boutique known for designer sarees, lehengas, and bridal wear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries through our website chat, social media platforms, and WhatsApp
- Share product images as per customer needs
- Provide prompt and polite responses to online and offline customers
- Assist in front-office duties and maintain boutique presentation
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business
- Should be presentable, polite, and customer-focused
- Prior experience in fashion or boutique sales will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
