Key Responsibilities:
- Review fashion tech packs created by the design team and ensure all details are complete.
- Explain design requirements, specifications, and construction details clearly to the production team.
- Act as a communication link between the designers and production units to avoid miscommunication.
- Provide suggestions or improvements to make designs more production-friendly.
- Follow up on sample developments and ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate fit reviews and gather feedback from the production side.
- Maintain documentation and version control of tech packs and samples.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fashion-related role, preferably in coordination or production support.
- Good understanding of garment construction and fashion terminology.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work closely with both creative and technical teams.
- Basic knowledge of design software or tech packs is a plus.
