Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all daily farming operations such as planting, irrigation, fertilization, weeding, and harvesting.
- Monitor the health of crops and livestock (if applicable) and coordinate with specialists when needed.
- Manage and allocate work to farm laborers and seasonal workers.
- Maintain farm machinery and equipment; coordinate repairs and servicing as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards.
- Maintain records of farm inputs and outputs, labor, machinery usage, and weather conditions.
- Manage inventory of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm supplies.
- Report progress and challenges to the Farm Manager regularly.
- Implement cost-effective farming techniques and best practices.
- Assist in training new and seasonal employees.
- Supervise pest and weed control activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
