Job Role : Factory Incharge
Looking for a Factory incharge for Residential Interior company located In Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and schedule daily production activities in the factory .
- Monitor output to ensure it meets quality and quantity target.
- Co-ordinate with purchase, design and despatch team for smooth operations.
- Lead and supervise factory workers, technicians and support staff.
- Provide training and support to improve effeciency.
- Maintain discipline, attendance and productivity of all workers.
- Ensure finished products meet design, quality and good output.
- Maintain raw material stock and update usage records.
- Ensure regular maintaince and smooth functioning of factory equipment
- Enforce safety protocols and workplace hygiene.
- Report progress to the management team regularly.
Skills and Qualification
- Preferred 3-7 years of experience in factory supervision or management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good problem solving and communication ability.
- Knowledge of machinery, safety and quality control.
- Diploma/ Degree in Engineering , Manufacturing or related field.
Work Scheduled
- Working Days Monday - Saturday
- Full time - 9.00 am to 6pm
- Location based may sometime include overtime if required.
- Salary can be negotiated based on experience and skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Production management: 3 years (Preferred)
