Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Making day-to-day Entries in Enquiry Software.
2. Make a Production Order & send the same to the Production team.
3. Make an Export Invoice & send the same to the Dispatch Team.
4. Making Proforma Invoice (Export).
5. Updating all Google sheets (Regarding Dispatches, Export Invoice both Commercial and Sample, etc.): Make sure that all Google sheets are updated at the end of every day.
6. Sending Dispatch Details of Domestic Customers.
7. Generating E-way Bill (Both Export & Domestic).
8. Making Quotation too.
9. Taking Outstanding follow-up of Domestic Customers if any.
10. Sending basic Mail of Material / Items / Products.
11. Taking day-to-day follow-up of readiness of material against each Production order from the Production team & informing same to their respected salesperson.
12. Arranging shipment pick up through DHL / FEDEX / TNT.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
