Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Executive – Service & Support to handle Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) calls and related service coordination activities. The role involves ensuring timely follow-ups, addressing client queries, and coordinating with the service team to deliver smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls related to AMC services.
- Provide timely reminders and follow-ups with customers regarding contract renewals, payments, and service schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, AMC contracts, and service details.
- Coordinate with internal service teams for timely execution of customer requests.
- Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues to higher authorities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a professional approach in all communications.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls, customer responses, and contract status.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate/Diploma (any discipline).
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi will be an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build customer rapport.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
