What we expect
- Responsible for timely transactional processing of New Installation sales orders in VIEW (internal ERP) and SAP.
- Verify if data in the system is according to signed contracts and to TKE policies.
- Register Order Intakes in SAP in a structured way.
- Extract & send relevant Reports to internal customers or management, as & when the situation demands.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and SAP modules.
- Coordinates with branches in case of deviations in order booking process for timely resolution to achieve order booking targets before month-end deadline.
- Must be a good team player and open to cross training
Who we are looking for
- Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Order Intake Processing. Prior experience of working in SAP SD Module.
- Prior experience of working in similar order booking process in elevator industry.
- Proficiency in English language (written & verbal) with good articulation and communication skills is a mandatory requirement.
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel is also a key requirement.
