Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Description
- Prepare and issue warranty certificates for customers after installation.
- Share Final Test Reports (FTR), PPM activity and DCR (Domestic Content Requirement) certificates with customers as per requirement.
- Coordinate with OEMs to arrange Manufacturing Authorization Forms (MAFs).
- Maintain and update technical support and service documentation in organized Excel sheets or other tools.
- Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers regarding documentation and support queries.
- Assist in compiling data for internal reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Graduate or related science field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Email communication.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the solar energy sector.
- Good communication skills.
