Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant who can assist in managing day-to-day operations including writing blogs, preparing client proposals, handling email communications, and following up with leads. The role demands strong writing skills, professional communication abilities, and a willingness to take ownership of key administrative and business development tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Executive Support
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director in day-to-day coordination and communication
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, take notes, and manage reminders
- Organize internal and external communications efficiently
Content Writing & SEO
- Write and publish SEO-optimized blogs for the company website and social channels
- Conduct keyword research and content planning based on company services and target market
- Assist with website content updates and marketing copies when required
Proposal & Documentation
- Draft professional proposals and presentations for clients based on provided inputs
- Maintain and update proposal templates and pitch documents
- Assist in compiling reports, client documents, and service overviews
Communication & Lead Follow-ups
- Respond to emails and client queries promptly and professionally
- Follow up with inbound leads and schedule client calls or demos
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and communicate to clients
- Maintain lead tracking records and basic CRM updates
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to write content with SEO best practices
- Professional email and proposal writing ability
- Confidence to speak to clients when required (via email, phone, or video call)
- Proficiency in tools like MS Word, Google Docs, Gmail, Excel/Sheets, etc.
- Familiarity with any CRM or content platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in similar roles (content, executive assistant, business support)
- Prior exposure to the IT or software services industry is an advantage
- Skilled freshers can apply.
