About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups
- Support daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
