Job Description – Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: Sector 62, Noida
Working Days & Timings: Monday – Saturday | 10am – 7pm
Reports To: Founder
About the Role:
We’re seeking a sharp, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to act as the right hand to the Founder across both HR (Recruiting Genie LLP) and Finance (Accounting Genie LLP) verticals. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability. The ideal candidate will support operations, client relationship management, recruitment coordination, and occasionally accompany the Founder for meetings, events, and business travel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle follow-ups, prepare reports and presentations.
2. Operations Assistance:
· Coordinate day-to-day tasks and team communications across both firms; support internal and external stakeholders.
3. Corporate Relations:
· Assist in client acquisition, nurturing existing relationships, and acting as liaison for client interactions.
4. Recruitment Coordination:
· Support recruitment life cycle— sourcing/job postings, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
5. Travel & Event Assistance:
· Coordinate logistics for client meetings/events and accompany the Founder as needed (local & outstation).
6. Documentation & Communication:
· Draft proposals, manage confidential documents, support in data entry, and handle official correspondence.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field; preference for business or HR background
· 1–3 years of experience in an executive assistant, client management, or business operations role
· Excellent communication (in both language, English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills
· Comfortable with travel and multi-tasking across domains
· Strong command of MS Office, Google Docs & Forms, and task/project management tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
